Allison Springer of the United States is in the lead on the second day of dressage at Rolex Kentucky 3-Day Event [Equine]
Allison Springer of the United States, riding Arthur, took the lead in the second day of dressage at the Rolex Kentucky 3-Day Event, presented by Bridgestone, on Friday with a score of 39.8.
William Fox Pitt of Great Britain rode Parklane Hawk to a second place finish with a score of 43.2.
Clark Montgomery of the United States was able to guide Loughan Glen to a third place with a score of 43.2.
Karen O’Connor of the United States is now in fourth place riding Mr. Medicott with a score of 44.2. She had stood in second place on the first day of dressage on Thursday with Veronica, but that horse now stands in ninth place.
Springer has had a bit of a struggle with Arthur who tended to spook. However, they won their last start prior to Rolex so things may be looking up for them.
