Annually held on the second Saturday in October, the Belknap Fall Festival is the original event that began the “Week in the Highlands” series of events. A crowd of 10,000+ people is expected at the 14th Belknap Fall Festival over the course of the two days. The festival is held at the Douglass Loop area, off of Bardstown and Dundee Roads in the upper highlands. Admission to this neighborhood festival is free.
