There are 15 days of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, and in addition to the equestrian competitions there are activities, entertainment opportunities and attractions. Louisville.com will be identifying the best of what the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games identifies as the Daily Must-Sees. To enjoy these non-competition activities you can get a Grounds Pass for $25 each day. Grounds Pass tickets allow entry to the games for the selected day of purchase but they do not grant access to competition venues or competition venue seating. You will need to purchase separate tickets for these events. And please verify the latest starting times at alltechfeigames.com.

Day 12, Oct. 6: It’s the second day for the para-dressage riders. At 8:30 a.m. the para-dressage world championship will begin with part one of the individual championship tests at the Covered Arena. The second stage of individual championship tests will begin at 1 p.m. in the same venue.

Today is also the first day for vaulting. According to the World Equestrian Games' website, “Vaulting is a competitive discipline where both gymnastic and dance elements are combined and performed to music on a cantering horse. It requires a harmonious relationship with the horse and outstanding physical condition from the vaulter; these two elements are imperative if a display of strength, co-ordination, rhythm and balance is to be achieved.” So it's very different then what we have seen so far.

Once again check Craigslist and local message boards for discounted tickets.
