In Southern Indiana the Southern Indiana Animal Rescue is working with the J.B. Ogle Animal Shelter in Jeffersonville, IN to get help and shelter to pets and livestock displaced in the March 2 tornadoes. If you would like to help them out you can donate much needed funds by going to their website here. They are also accepting pet food at their Sophies Hope Thrift Shop, which raises funds for the animals. The Thrift Shop is located at 3808 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. The Thrift Shop is only open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The Southern Indiana Animal Rescue is a 501C-3 nonprofit.

In Kentucky the Kentucky Humane Society is helping Kentucky's displaced pets by offering temporary shelter to pets whose owners have been displaced by the March 2 tornadoes at their East Point and Fern Creek Pet Resorts. Pet owners must call this number in advance before bringing in pets at: 502-253-2221, as there is limited space. For more information or to donate to the Kentucky Humane Society you can go to their website here.
