Italian wine dinner at Henry’s Place TONIGHT

Have you missed out so far on the delicious wine dinners at Henry’s Place? Well, tonight is another chance to sample the wonderful cuisine of Chef Charles Reed!

At 6:30 PM, guests will gather to share a beautiful Italian wine, Pala Vermentino, then dinner will begin at 7. Each course will be expertly paired with a wine from Banville & Jobes, and the guest speaker will be Casey Squire. Below is the menu:

Roasted Lollipop Chop atop Chestnut, Garlic, Basil and Spinach Porridge

Roasted NY Loin of Veal with Prosciutto Ham, Fresh Sage, Morbier Cheese, Sweet Vermouth and veal Glace, Pear Potato Gorgonzola, Fresh Asparagus/ Jupon Egg Plant with Red Table Cloth Tomato Sauce
Wine: Remo Farina Amarone
Kasari Cheese/Grissini Bread Sticks/ Satori Vodka
Sea Scallop
Atop Bibb Lettuce with Anchovy Mustard Dressing
Wine : Dipinti La Vis Pinot Grigio
Raspberry Zabaione
with Butterfly Cookie
Wine: Terlano Gewurztraminer
