Mumford & Sons, the breakout British band, is embarking on a U.S. tour this August. The tour is making stops in only 15 American cities, and Louisville is one of the exclusive destinations.

 

Mumford & Sons, who have received two Grammy Award nominations for Best New Artist and Best Rock Song, will make their way to Louisville Waterfront Park on Monday, August 13th at 6:30pm.

 

 

 

Joining Mumford & Sons at the concert, sponsored by 91.9 WFPK, is special guest, Dawes.

 

This concert will be a Paperless Ticket Event; no actual tickets will be distributed. To enter the concert, the actual credit card that was used for purchase must be presented, along with a photo ID that matches the name on the card.

 

Tickets for the outdoor concert are $40 in advance; $45 if any remain on show day, and go on sale Friday, June 29th at 12 noon. Tickets may be purchased online.
