Rightly So, the Zayat Stable four-year-old filly, was scratched from today's Breeder' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint at historic Churchill Downs.

A veterinary examination this morning determined the Tony Dutrow-trained entry to be lame.

Dutrow explained, "They were not happy with the way she was moving and said they would not allow her to run today."

"It's disappointing," he added, "but this is all part of the game."
