Tickets for each show are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors 62 and over, and $10 for students.  Due to limited seating, advance reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 502-633-0242.  More information on the show can be found at the Shelby County Community Theatre website.

South Pacific, a Rodgers and Hammerstein classic, brings together a female American nurse and a French planter. As these two fall in love, they deal with outside issues like WWII and learned prejudices.  They must also overcome a tragedy that claims the life of someone they knew.

Cyndi Powell Skellie directed the production, which Rodgers and Hammerstein created in 1949 alongside Joshua Logan.

Following South Pacific, Shelby County Community Theatre will present Jack and the Giant, a youth production that will occur in September.
