Several hundred zombie fans partied hard at Headliners Music Hall on Friday, July 1 for zombie fest. The entertainment included music, vendors, burlesque performers and more.

The event was produced and hosted by Shawna the Dead, a local performer/promoter who also holds events at Starbase Q.

One of the vendors, Asylum Haunted Scream Park had a booth where they could display the many different zombie attractions, including hunting zombies with paintball guns.

Other vendors included spooky soaps, photography, art and jewelry.

Voodoo by Two was one of the vendors with decorative items, clothes, hats and other dark art. This photo is the top of a lamp that won the Lynn Paradise Cafe annual ugly lamp contest last year.

The band Huh Robots opened the festival.

Espermachine was awesome, and I loved dancing to their industrial electronic sound. I found it similar to VNV Nation.

Angels on Acid concluded the entertainment of the night and did a great job keeping everyone close to the front of the stage.

Richard Teachout and Janel Nash were on hand to represent Asylum Haunted Scream Park.
