Free lunch provided. Receive valuable information on legal and financial needs for individuals dealing with Alzheimer's disease. Learn to make plans to fit individual needs, access legal and financial resources and learn about government resources that may help with the cost of care.

Tuesday, June 26, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. "Caregiving in the Middle Stages: Making Connections through Activities"
Free dinner provided. Learn new ways of connecting by sparking old memories in the person with dementia and help him or her have meaningful experiences regardless of their current abilities.

Tuesday, July 10, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. "Caregiving in the Middle Stages: Challenging Behaviors and Dementia"
Free lunch provided. Some days are difficult both for caregivers and the person with dementia, ending in frustration and anger. This program helps explain why people with dementia do what they do and offers practical advice for handling challenging behaviors. This program applies to all family caregivers, whether the loved one is at home or in a facility.
