Energize and relax your mind and body with Tai Chi with Revakah Myers
Relax and energize with the strengthening, flowing movements of Tai Chi Chuan. Recommended for stress reduction by the Mayo Clinic, Tai Chi has also been found to increase the ability to perform moderate to rigorous activities, improve sleep quality, and reduce joint pain.
In this 10-week series with you’ll stretch and develop your mind and body while learning the 24 Posture Beijing Form. Whether a beginner or an intermediate student, all fitness levels will grow in this fun, low impact class.
Cost: $100 per student, due at the 1st class. Cash/cashier check only. Enroll up until the 3rd class (no reduced fee for late enrollment). No refunds after first class.
