Valentine’s Day specials

The Bristol Jeffersonvile will celebrate Valentine’s Day with special menus during dinner service on Thursday, Feb. 14 through Saturday, Feb. 16. Guests can enjoy the dinner specials, or order from the regular menu.

Chef Richard Doering will offer Valentine menu specials with wine pairings selected by Master Sommelier Scott Harper.

The menu will include:

Appetizer
Baked Brie En Croûte
Baby Brie with pineapple quince preserves baked in puff pastry. Served with toasted baguette ($10)
Suggested wine pairing: Gruner Veltliner Glatzer ‘11
Carnuntrum, Austria ($7/$24)

Entrées
Lobster and Shrimp Tortellini
Jumbo tortellini pasta stuffed with lobster tail, shrimp and wild leeks. Served on a bed of wild mushrooms and wilted spinach draped with Madeira demi-glace and garnished with crème fraîche. Served with a Bristol house salad ($24)

Bone-In Veal Prime Rib
Veal rib rack rubbed with herbs and slow roasted to medium rare. Served with truffle au jus, horseradish mashed potatoes, asparagus and a Bristol house salad ($26)
