Chef Bill Lynch at the Bristol Bar and Grille’s East location will offer two entrée specials and a dessert special for Valentine’s Day on Thursday, Feb. 14.

Beef Tournedos with lobster mashed potatoes and Kentucky bourbon demi-glace ($27)
Seared Scallops with Weisenberger grits, local mushrooms, crispy local greens, country ham lardons and herb jus ($25)
Baked Alaska with cherry chocolate chip ice cream covered in toasted meringue ($8)
