Improve your mind, body and spirit with Tai Chi at Bernheim with this short course class Thursday evenings in the beautiful, peaceful setting of nature. Special 5 week class: Thursdays, October 18- November 15, 2012. This will be the last class of 2012- and new classes will begin in the spring of 2013. Program leaders are Dr. M.O. Serikali and Assistant Instructor Revakah Higgins-Myers

Classes will be held at the Education Center. Cost is $42.50 for Bernheim Members, $50 for non-members.
