Saturday's storm left Highlands with damage and lack of power/cable/internet . Most notable and perhaps ironic damage was the billboard on Bardstown Rd that states the EPA wants to take coal jobs away.
The Shell station on Bardstown Road near the Gardiner Lane shopping center remained open despite the giant billboard crashing in to the pump area during the storm on Saturday, August 13.I find it perhaps a little ironic that Mother Nature took out a billboard prompting people to fight against the...
