sometimes low carb is just impossible. Nothing goes better with bourbon than bread pudding.
My staunchly Baptist and much beloved father makes an excellent bread pudding studded with raisins and sprinkled with cinnamon, but I must admit I prefer my bread pudding with a little more kick.

Louisville is moving more than just Bourbon.
Local flavor has crossed the Pacific with the opening of Hillbilly Tea in Shanghai, China. The Shanghai location will be known locally in China as 土包子茶酒馆 (Hillbilly Tea Tavern). The Tavern will open March 30,2013 and is already booked solid for its first week of business....
