When moving to a new city one of the most confusing things is generally how to get around. Considering Louisville is a relatively small city, it has five major interstates. I've never lived anywhere with with such unnecessarily bad traffic. The rules aren't that complicated, so why don't you follow them?!
I really like living in Louisville. There's a ton of different things to do and everyone is really friendly. However, I do have one pretty big complaint. Why don't people here know how to drive?! Seriously, I have lived in many different places and never in my life have I seen such a blatant...
