Thankfully the skies cleared. The parade was a go, despite rainy morning.
What a great day for a parade!  The annual Freedom Parade in Jeffersonville, Indiana was this morning.  The city hosts this hometown parade annually along with a short festival immediately following.   The parade runs along Spring Street, from the river to about Eighth Street....
