"Small businesses create thousands of jobs for Kentuckians and are the heart of our Commonwealth's economy," Gov. Beshear said. "I strongly encourage everyone this upcoming weekend to help boost local economies and purchase unique Kentucky gifts at independently owned shops and businesses."
