Monthly Drone and quadcopter meeting at LVL1 begins this month after quadcopter
Drone and quadcopter enthusiasts now have a place to meet and discuss their interests. LVL1, inc, a local maker space is hosting monthly meetups for anyone interested in quadcopters, drones, helicopters, boats and other items that are remote controlled. The meetings are a result of the high interest level of their first annual quadcopter battle (pics included).

A "Makership" is a residency grant, giving the recipient access to a warehouse full of hefty equipment and tools to help them with their creative and technological projects.
LVL1 Hackerspace is a member based non-profit warehouse that is shared by an eclectic mix of engineers, tinkerers, artists and others who utilize the building and other resources available.

Louisville showed off a bit of creative genius at the first annual Mini Maker Faire during Nulu Fest. Robots, games, rides and activities kept visitors busy and inspired throughout the day.
 Louisville got to show off a bit of smarts and creativity Saturday, September 28 with the first annual Mini Maker Faire. "Makers" are folks who tinker, hack, and create.
