Former Kentucky Poet Laureate, Lee Pennington, celebrates Poetry Month at UofL
The author of over 1,300 poems, Lee Pennington will give a free reading in honor of National Poetry Month in the Bingham Poetry Room at UofL’s Ekstrom Library. Catch him this Monday, April 16th, at 3pm.

Story Time Continuum: UofL’s Axton Literary Festival examines time travel April
The University of Louisville invites you to step inside a literary time machine this week as the Axton Literary Festival explores time travel in the written word. The three day festival, featuring a multitude of speakers, workshops and activities, launches this Wednesday, April 11th and hopes to return to the present on Friday, April 13th.

Baseball season is upon us once again and in honor of that I take a look at some of the greats to come through area college teams.
Ladies and gentleman, we stand on the precipice of baseball season.  By the way, I just really wanted to use the word precipice to be honest I’m not even sure that applies here.
