I know this is an environmentally friendly festival, but there's such a thing as taking something too far.
"Smoking Lounge?" Would someone please explain why, at an outdoor festival where I can't escape the smell of Kentucky's most profitable cash crop, they have an indoor smoking lounge?

It may not be the first Saturday in May, but there’s a different kind of animal race going on down at the riverfront on September 27th during the Ken-Ducky Derby Festival!
Where else can people see 24,000 ducks race down the Ohio River? It all happens at the 5th Annual Ken- Ducky Derby Festival on September 27th at Waterfront Park. All proceeds from the event support the Harbor House of Louisville.
