Many people are drawn to the Beechmont neighborhood by its bargains. Stately Victorian houses and Arts and Crafts bungalows along Southern Parkway resemble houses found in Highlands neighborhoods but sell for considerably less.

$47 million dollar Westport Road widening expected to be completed by mid-August will give shoppers and residents easier access to Westport Village shopping center and the surrounding neighborhoods.
